Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or high‑volume periods, processing time may be slightly extended, and we will notify customers in advance.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and do not include customs clearance delays:
United States: 7–15 business days
Europe, Canada, Australia: 10–20 business days
Other countries & regions: 15–30 business days
3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping worldwide for all orders. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost for urgent orders.
4. Package Issues (Lost / Damaged / Missing)
If the package is lost in transit, we will resend the item or issue a full refund after carrier confirmation.
If items arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or compensation.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance or force majeure.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses or restricted countries.
If an invalid shipping address is provided, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
You can track your package online in real‑time.
