Ferhmen Watch FAQs
How do I request after-sales service?
Contact our support team via the Support page, providing your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
What's the difference between automatic and quartz watches?
- Automatic: Powered by a mainspring and automatic rotor, no battery needed. Power reserve is about 42 hours.
- Quartz: Powered by a battery. Power reserve = battery life (3–5 years), with higher accuracy (±1 second/month).
Why is my watch running fast/slow?
Mechanical watch accuracy is affected by wearing time, temperature, magnetic fields, and position. If the error consistently exceeds ±30 seconds/day, contact support for calibration.
How do I care for my watch?
- Avoid strong magnetic fields, hard impacts, and extreme temperatures.
- Clean the case and strap regularly (use a soft cloth for metal bracelets).
- Check water resistance every 2–3 years.
- Professional service every 3–5 years (movement cleaning, seal replacement).
How often should I replace the battery (quartz)?
Typically every 3–5 years, depending on model and usage. We recommend having it replaced in-store or by a professional technician to avoid damaging the movement.
How long is the warranty? What does it cover?
- Warranty period: 1 years global warranty
- Coverage: Movement failures, case and strap quality issues
- Not covered: Human-caused damage, water ingress due to improper use, normal wear and tear
