Return & Refund Policy

Ferhmen Watches offers a 30‑day return policy from the date your order is delivered. All returns must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Return Eligibility

• Watch must be unworn, original protective film intact, no scratches, dents or wear marks.

• All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, extra links and accessories must be returned completely.

• Custom‑engraved watches, clearance sale items, adjusted‑strap watches, and items with obvious wear or damage are final sale and non‑returnable.

• Returns caused by customer personal preference are accepted within 30 days only.  

Shipping Costs 

• Quality/defective issues: We cover return shipping fees.

• Non‑quality returns (size/style/preference): Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any import duties or taxes.  

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to non‑quality returns to cover inspection, cleaning, repackaging and processing costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable for non‑quality returns.

Important Notes

• We do not accept COD (cash‑on‑delivery) returns.

• Import duties, VAT, customs fees incurred during delivery are non‑refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
