1. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty period: 1 years global warranty from the date of purchase
  • Covered:
    • Movement failures (non-human)
    • Case and strap quality issues
  • Not covered:
    • Human-caused damage (drops, impacts, improper use)
    • Water ingress due to improper use
    • Normal wear and tear (strap, clasp, light scratches on crystal)

2. Support Response Commitment

  • We aim to reply to all customer messages within 24 hours
  • Actual average first response time (last 30 days): 9 hours
  • Support hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–18:00 (GMT+7)

3. How to Request After-sales Service

  • Provide the following:
    • Order number
    • Purchase date
    • Description of the issue (photos or videos welcome)
  • Our support team will reply within 24 hours with a solution

4. Repair Process

  • Support confirms the issue and provides a repair plan
  • If repair by mail is needed, we will provide the repair address and packaging instructions
  • After repair, we will notify you and explain the repair details and cost (if not covered by warranty)

5. Common Questions

  • Q: My watch got water inside. What should I do?

A: Stop using it immediately and contact support as soon as possible. Water ingress due to improper use (e.g., wearing while showering or swimming) may not be covered by warranty.

  • Q: Can I replace a broken strap?

A: Yes. Quality issues within the warranty period are replaced free of charge. For out-of-warranty or human-caused damage, a fee will apply.
